  15. The object of Random Test Generator-PRO is to allow educators to create
  16. test databanks which questions can be randomly selected. This serves
  17. two purposes, one is that it allows an entire class to receive different 
  18. tests on the same subject, eliminating cheating and other test compromises. 
  19. Second, it eliminates the instructor the burden of selecting test questions
  20. themselves. The idea is to maintain a large databank of questions of which
  21. this program will select from making all your tests unique.

  27. Random Test Generator-PRO is designed for educators at any level to develop
  28. databanks of test questions from which randomly selected questions are then
  29. extracted to create tests.  Each databank acts as a repository to house a
  30. wide range of questions for a specific topic.  There are no limits to amount
  31. of questions which can be stored in each databank and no limit to the number
  32. of databanks which may be created.

  34. The Test Builder option can be set to tell this program exactly how many
  35. questions to select from each databank to create a single test.  Random
  36. Test Generator-PRO⌐ will then randomly select questions within each
  37. databank requested by the user without selecting the exact same question
  38. twice. These tests may be administered on the computer with an optional timer
  39. or printed on paper.  Tests administered on the computer may be automatically
  40. graded.

  42. This professional version adds many new features which standard version
  43. does not contain.  You may now add Graphics, AVI videos, WAV and/or MIDI
  44. sound files to any question in a databank.  Both databanks and completed
  45. tests are maintained in Microsoft« Access database files for reliability
  46. and security.  Best of all, MS-Access« is not required to use this product,
  47. all the functionality is built-in Random Test Generator-PRO⌐. This program
  48. is a must for educators!

  61. - Run SETUP.EXE using the RUN option from the START BUTTON or double-click
  62. on the SETUP.EXE icon from the Program Manager. Follow the SETUP
  63. instructions.

  66. NOTE: Shareware users will see a Registration box when the application is
  67. first activated. In order to review this program you must select the CONTINUE
  68. button. The REGISTER button is for registered users to use once they have a
  69. registration code.

  77. all rights to the program in its entirety.  See the LICENSE.TXT file for

  81. integrity of Shareware is maintained.

  83. - In the tradition of Shareware, the author grants a 30 day trial period 
  84. to the user to decide whether they want to keep the program. If so, a 
  85. $59.95 payment (plus shipping and handling, see order form) is required.

  113. original  purchase and the method of payment the original purchase was made
  114. (i.e. check, credit card, Compuserve, etc...).  Normally, you will receive
  115. an upgrade code via e-mail. However, anytime you request an upgrade requiring
  116. a shipment of floppy disks, a shipping and handling fee is required to
  117. fulfill your request. Any free or reduced rate upgrade request eligibility
  118. will be at the sole determination of Hirtle Software.
